- We provide professional Condominium Corporation management services only and are not involved in rentals or sales.

- Our managers are responsible for all management functions from writing cheques to regular site visits, without the use of assistants.
- We have a wealth of experience. Victorian Property Management has been operating for over 25 years. All of our managers have between 7 to 15 years Condominium Management experience.
- Our managers have a balanced work load with an average number of seven properties per manager.
- Our services included financial reporting. We strive to provide Financial Reports that don’t require an Accounting background to read. Most of our corporations prefer five page financial reports.
- All of our corporations have independent bank accounts. All of our clients operate with independent bank accounts where all cheques are signed only by Board Members.
- All cheques are presented for signature with the appropriate invoice attached.
- Preauthorized payments for Condominium Fees are deposited directly into the Corporation’s bank account
- We deal with independent trades. All trades we use are independent contractors without any affiliation, financial or otherwise, with Victorian Property Management.
