Victorian Property Management – Has been owned and operated by Brian Newbert, A.C.C.I., A.C.M., for over 30 years. We currently manage 65 properties.

Condominium Corporation Specialists – We do not sell real estate, we do not manage rental properties. We do provide professional management services exclusively to Condominium Corporations.

User Friendly Services – We take pride in our ability to provide professionally presented, yet easy to understand, financial statements and reports.

"Hands On” Property Management – We are selective in the projects we agree to manage as it is important to ensure a proper “fit” for both our company and our clients. Our average of just over seven properties per Property Manager is well below the industry standard.

The Victorian Management Team - Our team totals 10 members, more than half of which have lived in Condominium Communities and have been Presidents or Board Members of their Condominium Corporations.

Industry Involvement – Brian Newbert has been awarded Professional Accreditation from the Canadian Condominium Institute as well as the Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta and has served on both Board of Directors. Brian also is active as a guest speaker for various seminars sponsored by the CCI and ACMA, with topics ranging from Disaster Management to Budgeting.
